Holiday Extras® scooped the the award for Best Airport Parking Company at the British Travel Awards 2008.
The prestigious annual awards were hosted by comedian Frankie Boyle on November 6, 2008 at the stunning Battersea Evolution arena in London, and brought together representatives of some of the biggest travel companies from across the British Isles.
Holiday Extras are absolutely delighted to win this award and would like to thank all customers and travel agents who voted for us.

Best Customer Service in the Entertainment, Leisure and Travel Sector
The Holiday Extras call centre was named the UK's best performing call centre in the entertainment, leisure and travel sector at the Top 50 Call Centres awards ceremony in London on October 9, 2008.
The awards ceremony followed the largest ever call centre benchmarking exercise that included 20,000 mystery shopper calls to 50 of the UK's leading call centres in a number of categories.
Holiday Extras scored an impressive score of 85% in its category, exceeding the industry average of 82%. Other companies nominated in the category included Thomas Cook, Virgin Atlantic, Emirates, Eurostar and Sky.

A troop of well groomed Holiday Extras representatives attended the Travel Weekly Awards at London's Grosvenor House Hotel yesterday evening. Mark Lamar hosted the event and with his own inimitable wit and humour handed out the awards. The awards were followed by Jocelyn Brown's fantastic rendition of Keep on Jumpin' - and we certainly were at the fantastic news that we had won not 1 but 2 TW Globe awards.
