Rooms
Rooms at the Heathrow Hilton include en-suite facilities with hair dryer, radio, tea and coffee making facilities, consoles Internet connection, multi satellite TV with internet access and in-house movies (chargeable), direct dial phones with dataport for high speed internet access and voicemail. Minibar, Safty Box, beverage making facilities. The rooms are fully soundproofed with individual climate / air conditioning units.
Room service is available 24 hours a day.
Dining
There are two restaurants and a cafe at the Hilton, as well as a bar where food is available. You can choose from the continental a la carte menu or the hot and cold buffet in the Brasserie Restaurant, where seared duck breast with plums and fresh scallops are among the choices. The restaurant is open on weekdays from 6am to 10.30am for breakfast, from noon to 3pm for lunch and from 6pm to 10.30pm for dinner. At weekends it is open from 6am to 11am and from 6pm to 10.30pm. Children under 10 eat free. Crispy aromatic Szechuan duck and braised prawns with ginger and spring onions are on the menu at Zen Oriental, which serves Far Eastern cuisine. It is open every day from noon to 2pm and from 6pm to 10pm. Snacks and light meals are served in Oscar's, which is open from 6am to 1am every day. The menu includes ravioli with pesto, fresh pizzas, panini, the Hilton club sandwich, salad nicoise, smoked salmon and burgers. The menu from Oscar's is also available in Dancers Bar, which serves alcoholic and soft drinks, including cocktails, 24 hours a day. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are available in all four venues. The earliest check-in time is 3pm and the latest check-out time is midday, unless otherwise arranged.
Disabled Facilities
The Heathrow Hilton is an excellent choice for disabled guests. The hotel has four accessible rooms, which have specially adapted bathrooms, beds which have been designed for disabled guests, and alarm bells by the bed so you can call for help if you need to. There are two disabled parking spaces, but if you are staying for a long time hotel staff can valet park your car for you in the car park and bring it to the front door for you when you leave. There is also a golf cart to take passengers to terminal 4 if they have difficulty walking. The hotel has four wheelchairs, a portable hearing loop system for guests with hearing difficulties, lifts, and fire evacuation chairs for disabled guests. Guide dogs are accepted.

Parking is for either 8 or 15 days at a Secured car park located within the grounds of the hotel. Extra days are charged by the car park at £12.00 per extra day. Customers may be asked to drive their car to a Secured Long Term car Park at the airport during Peak Periods.
