"SO VERY EASY! I arrived, the ticket came out and I drove in, plenty of spaces so I parked the car, on the return the bus was very quick, dropped me off by the car, I drove straight to the barrier and it opened. None of this having to queue at the reception to have your ticket validated, the bus was nice and clean. 100% excellent, I will always use this car park through holiday extras when I travel (which will be a lot over the next 12 months)"

"Pick up and drop off were both very good. Prepayment and exit were no problem and a benefit. Only issue was signs asked us to park in section H were the parking was full apart from a few spaces blocked by inconsiderate neighbours."

"I have used your parking many times and find it so easy. In fact on this occasion I used the parking as an alternative to the short term parking at LHR terminal 1 whilst I dropped off my parents for their flight - so much less hassle especially with all the work being carried out at the terminal."
