      "The car park was slightly hard to find from your description, Heathrow is a maze, so maybe you could print a more detailed map on your confirmation email? The service was great though, the staff were all helpful and it didn't take us any time to drop off the car and then get a shuttle to the terminal. We had to wait about 25 minutes to be picked up once we called the number after arriving, but after that it was all very smooth and the car was ready and waiting for us.
