"Would like to take this opportunity to highly praise the gentleman who delivered our car back. He was there within 5 minutes of me making the call to say we had cleared customs. He was very friendly, chatty & efficient.
One huge improvement on previous experiences of using the meet & greet service at Manchester was having a female receptionist answering the phones. She was polite, efficient and knew about your booking.
Do you offer loyalty discount for repeat bookings???????"

"Great service on arrival, the attendant was waiting for us even at 5.30AM.
Had to wait 10 minutes for the car on our return at 11.45PM. Overall a very good service and will use this service again"

"Finding the ramp to the lower level was difficult. I thought I had gone into the wrong entrance and that I was stuck in the carpark. After some driving around I eventually found the ramp (poorly signed). After that the service was excellent. On picking up my car it was 30 minutes from my phone call to my car arriving. Is this normal at 1 o'clock in the morning when it's very quiet? It would be a much improved service if the pick up point was not in the carpark but at the drop off point."

"Guy on arrival was not particularly clear that he was there to take my car. On departure from airport to home was met by a very pleasant and helpful gentlemen. Overall, a hassle free way to park."
