"The only issue we have with using the facility is the lack of protection from the weather in the winter months at the pick up point at Manchester airport. Really found it cold waiting for the return bus."

"I've used Handforth Dean Airpark before & it was as efficient as ever this time, but on returning to the airpark there was some confusion among passengers as to which bus to get on. Apparently there are 2 Airpark car parks with different buses & the ticket you receive is colour coded. If this had been explained on the information video on the way in it would have avoided the confusion."
